WE ARE CAMPBELL STREET

Co-founded Campbell Street in 2012 and focuses on acquisitions and development. Prior to Campbell Street, Mr. Krueger worked in commercial real estate mortgage banking and residential real estate brokerage. Mr. Krueger is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago with degrees in finance, international business and Italian.

Co-founder of Campbell Street and focuses on acquisitions, financing and investor relation. Prior to Campbell Street, Mr. Horstick worked as a real estate lender at Wells Fargo Bank. He received his real estate license at the age of 19 and currently holds his Managing Broker License in the State of Illinois. Mr. Horstick is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in real estate and finance.

Bailey McPherson is an associate with Campbell Street Asset Management where he is involved with property management, construction management, leasing and securing project financing. Prior to joining Campbell Street he was involved in managing short term rental property in Bloomington, IL where he performed underwriting, financial analysis and asset management. He holds an undergraduate degree from Illinois Wesleyan, with a major in Design, Technology and Entrepreneurship.
